Each label is customized to your specifications. You'll receive a proof to approve.  Once you're happy we machine embroidery your special label on 100% quality cotton Kona fabric Solids.

It may be the last thing you add to your quilt, but it shouldn't receive the least thought. Documentation of the quilt and quiltmaker is historically very important.  Whether it is a quilt for yourself or more important when you are giving the quilt as a gift.  Sign your artwork.

The Name of the Block or Quilt Pattern
Recipient(s) name(s)
Date completed and / or date of occasion
Quiltmaker's Name
Place your custom info on the Shopping Cart/Order/Checkout page in the Notes Box.

Please indicate the font type (block, script, or name).  Thread Color of lettering if choosing embroidery.

Or complete information (text) as you wish it to appear on the label.

Or a combination of printed label with machine embroidery. (Text and/or embroidery design)
