Digital Goods:

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase, your satisfaction is our top goal.  If you experience problems with a pattern or want to request a revision, please contact us directly.  Because of the nature of digital files, we do not normally give refunds, but may issue a store credit.  Although we very rarely use it, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund at our discretion.

In purchasing a pattern from us, you are purchasing the right to use our pattern in your quilting studio.  Should you experience catastrophic data loss, we will work to help get you any patterns that you've lost.  As the pattern designer, we've copyrighted our patterns and retain all rights.  Please do not share or distribute copies of our digital patterns files.

Quilting File Types: BQM, CQP, DXF, HQF, IQP, PAT, PLT, QCC, QLI, SSD, TXT, and WMF
Embroidery File Types: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, SHV, VIP, VP3, and XXX
